Refund Policy

1. Overview

DrawPic ("we", "us") is committed to providing high-quality AI image generation services. This policy describes when and how you may request a refund. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Purchases older than 7 days are non-refundable, except as described in Section 5.

3. Refundable Amount

Refund amount is calculated based on the proportion of unused credits:

  • Fully unused: full refund.
  • Partially used: prorated refund based on remaining credits.
  • Fully consumed: not refundable.

Example: You purchase 600 credits and use 100. Refund = (500 / 600) × amount paid.

4. How to Request

Email ray5197@foxmail.com with:

  • Your registered account email
  • Order ID or payment email
  • Reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)

We will reply within 2 business days. Once approved, Dodo Payments will return funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

The following are eligible for refund even after 7 days:

  • Credits deducted but image generation failed due to platform error (auto-refunded, no action required).
  • Unauthorized charges or fraud — contact us immediately and file a dispute with your card issuer.

6. Non-Refundable

  • Credits already consumed.
  • Purchases on accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
  • Purchases older than 7 days not covered by Section 5.
