Terms of Service

Welcome to DrawPic (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must register an account to use the Service. You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Each image generation costs 10 credits.
• New users receive complimentary trial credits.
• All plans are one-time purchases. No auto-renewal. Credits never expire.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy for details.

You may not generate, upload, or share content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or involves minors in any inappropriate context;
• Depicts real individuals (especially celebrities, public figures) without their consent;
• Promotes violence, gore, self-harm, or terrorism;
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or personal attacks;
• Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or other IP rights of others;
• Constitutes fraud, misinformation, or deepfakes intended to deceive;
• Violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Accounts violating the AUP will be suspended immediately. Related orders will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to report to authorities.

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit, and grant us a limited license necessary to provide the Service (including transmission to third-party model APIs).

For images generated through the Service, we transfer all rights to you, provided you comply with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

The Service relies on third parties including, but not limited to, Supabase (data storage), Dodo Payments (payments), and DMX API (AI models). Your use is also subject to their respective terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. We may also terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, courts at our place of business shall have jurisdiction.
